Tokyo Rent on kinnisvarafirma, mis valdab ja haldab korterelamuid
Tokyos ja selle lähemas ümbruses. Hetkel opereerime umbes 500
korteriga, meie üürnikud on enamasti välismaalased.
Välismaalasel
on üldjuhul keeruline Jaapanis korterit üürida - lisaks läänelikest
standarditest erinevaile maksestandarditele (tagastamatu
deposiit, võtmeraha ja agenditasu teevad esialgse sissemakse kuni kuue
kuu üüri suuruseks) on välismaalastele sageli takistuseks ka
jaapanlasest käendaja olemasolu nõue ning jaapanlastest omanikeringi
vastuseis võimalikele mittejaapanlastest üürnikele. Erinevalt
tüüpilisest jaapani kinnisvarafirmast ei nõua Tokyo Rent üldjuhul ei
võtmeraha, agenditasu ega käendajat.
Meie korterid vastavad
lääne standarditele ning sisekujunduslikele arusaamadele, arvestades samal
ajal Jaapani olusid - tihe asustus ja kõrge maahind määrab juba ette
ära korteri suuruse. Ka on meie korterite ehitamisel arvestatud
võimalike maavärinatega. Kahjusid ennetada ei ole võimalik, aga õigeid
materjale ja tehnoloogiaid kasutades on võimalik kahjude mahtu
